I really hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to return items you can do this subject to the following conditions....
 
Within 14 days of delivery, The item is not marked, has no deodorant marks, no make up, and does not smell of perfume etc. It is folded and in original bag, The item has not been worn and tags are still attached.
 
We can only refund the cost of the items returned, the return postage is paid by the customer.
 
We can post one exchange back to you free of charge. Once returned items are delivered and checked over a refund will be issued this may take up to 5-10 working days to show.
 
All Pre-loved and Hair items are non refundable unless faulty.
